Have you already bought the scuba gear and flippers? No? You should do it immediately, because this music invites you to unexplored ocean of indelible impression. So, make a deep breath.. Here we go!

The name of Alexander's Shukaev project – Sensorica – is formed from the word “sense”. So, this sound – is the special element, that combines all human senses into arranged system. Feel the vibes! Taste it! True emotion is the one thing,we are living for!

Sensorica project was established more than 15 years ago and broke the “silence” on russian trance stage. Tracks of Sensorica were presented at the the John Askew's  broadcast on British Kiss fm and then rotated at the “State of Trance”-  radio show of Armin van Buuren. After that "Sensorica - Few Days Away" was included into playlists of many DJ's such as Paul Van Dyk, Above & Beyond, Pulser, Lange, John Askew and others.

On August 2004 Alexander Sensorica founded his own label – “Tranceport Recordings”. Its idea was to promote dance music to audience by series of weekly programs on the popular Moscow radio station “Energy (NRJ)” (104,2 FM). Each program was a new exciting story about outstanding and prosperous trance musicians and about  the most interesting world events in this sphere. The second hour of the program was devoted to exclusive music mixes from guests – well-known foreign DJs such as The Thrillseekers, Matt Darey, Ronski Speed, Above & Beyond, Barthezz and many others. 140 programs  had been issued until 2007.

On March 2005 Sensorica project signed a contract with famous Dutch label Black Hole Recordings, whose co–owner is the best DJ on the planet – Tiesto. Track “Sensorica vs Jin Key – Only one” became an absolute hit and was included into the legendary collection “In search of Sunrise”, released on May 2005 on double CD–compilation, mixed by Tiesto, and on double vinyl sampler.

In the end of 2005 Discover Dark label presented the vinyl release with tracks “Equilibrium” and “Train of thought” to audience in Great Britain.  These compositions were also included into the second official album – “Sensorica – The Artifact”.

In 2006 the whole MP3–CD discography of Sensorica for Russia and near-by countries was released. Famous “orange” collection with simple name – Sensorica contained two official albums –  “The Realm of Fansy” and “The Artifact”  – and unpublished versions.

Audience pleasantly accepted and liked Alexander’s “alter ego” in sound production, so it leaded to double Audio CD–release, distributed by Diamond Records label, in the beginning of 2007. The result of 4–year work was reviewed in the annotation: “The album is divided on two parts. The first part is progressive trance for large dance grounds. Just close your eyes and imagine – is it like the space, huge open air or driving rave? And you admit with delight that it’s done professionally, in compliance with European standards and principals. It can be easily compared with any European DJ–star like Tiesto. By the way he played Sensorica’s tracks with the great pleasure.

The second part is fascinating chill out music – ambient trance, where all attention is concentrated on tempting melodies and  vivid sound passages. This versatile album makes you dive into clear space placidity, full of crystal sound and pure emotions. Must have for dreamy romantics!

In 2007 Alexander had been working a lot to finish his new album. The main target for his label “Tranceport recordings” was to make a catalogue of releases according to european standards of quality. As a result the third album - “Quadrivium” - had been released to the end of 2007.

The music palette of the album is very rich. You can find two-minute sketches like “Ex-Amino” (“From all my heart”) - fusion of atmospheric sounds and melancholic piano accompaniment. Also there are magnificent performance like “Evanescere”. It's easy to fancy the lonely house at the sea shore and glass jingles, swaying in the breeze. Composition is divided into three parts – intro, culmination, outro. But the most important thing is detailing of every sound, perfect match of instrumental sounds, arrangement clues and creative ideas. Exceptional style, extraordinary fantasy and imagination of the musician makes every composition be special and charismatic.

“For many years I compose music of very different styles. Today it can be chill out, tomorrow – it will be trance, then – breaks or house music. Planning my performances I don't focus on one way or manner to the detriment of another” - Alexander says.

That year Sensorica started working on interesting music experiment – album “Vice Versa”.

On February 2010 in a few days after Sensorica got into “PromoDJ top 100 musicians” live rating, Alexander announced a competition of remixes on his last official trance track “Masta of Sound”, organized by Russian Tranceport Recordings and British RecoverWorld Label Group with the support of old friend John Askew.

As the result of this competition 500 versions of track and release on British label  Kill The Lights were issued on August 2010. After that Alexander made an important decision – to abandon the career of trance musician and to focus on music he will be interested in.

On September 2010 Alexander set up the online-school Sound Knowledge (SoundK) based on courses  Logic Pro Basic & Advanced. That's how he found a way to share his wide expirience to musicians of any category. Alexander cooperated with talented singer and poetess Eva Kade (one of their collaboration - the successful  remake of track “Sunlight again”).

In autumn of 2012 they started working on  the new album "EVA", devoted to the most sincere feeling between man and woman. Tender sound, full of sensual notes won't leave a soul unmoved. Traditionally there were used real-life sounds: noise of cities' streets, noise of the ocean waves, murmur of the rain.

On June 2013 Alexander Shukaev and Nikolay Dvoelazov finished the work on soundtrack to album “Versum”, comprising more than 25 compositions which represented different styles of electronic music. This soundtrack  was such a success that musicians decided to make the whole album "Sensorica – Versum" with 14 remastered tracks.

In the fall of 2019, the construction of Sensorica Music Studio was completed. This begins a new era for all of Alexander’s projects.

In 2020 restart of label Sensorica Music is planned.
